What size should I order?
The online sale pieces are one size and fit it all unless stated other vise.
How do I find a specific item?
You can search for a specific item in the website by using the search bar found in the expanding menu at the top right corner of each web page.
I’ve seen something on the instagram or the store but I can’t find it on the Internet?
We don’t sell our seasonal collections in our online store, please check our stockiest list at our contact page or contact us. You can find most of our pieces at our Chelsea Showroom or we can make it available for you at our showroom on request. If there’s any more information that you need on a piece, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
The piece I want is no longer available, will there be more coming in stock?
Unfortunately if a piece is no longer available, it means that the pieces has reached its’ distribution ratio and will not be produced anymore. However please email email@example.com with the product name you are looking for and we will do our best to try and locate it for you elsewhere in our business, or at least help you to find a similar piece.
How will I know if you have received my order?
You will receive an order confirmation by email.
I placed an order but did not receive my confirmation e-mail.

No. We do not store credit card details not do we share financial details.
Does your prices include VAT?
No, prices are without VAT, if the VAT needed we added at the check out.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept paypal, all major credit and debit cards.
Do you take the full payment?
Yes, for you order to be placed you have to make a full payment including the delivery fee.
